Cotswold House Hotel & Spa
I arrived at the Cotswold House Hotel & Spa in Chipping Campden to photograph Demi & her bridesmaids getting ready in one of their cottages. Demi's makeup was by Naomi Halliday. The boys arrived a bit later, and decided to to do the very elegant Eldredge Knot for their ties - I'd never seen it before! It looked very complicated and they had to consult YouTube to get it right, but it was worth it!
Ceremony
The ceremony was held in the Montrose Suite in the hotel. Demi's Nan was the flower girl, so she kicked off proceedings as she was escorted in by one of the Groomsmen, scattering petals as she went! Demi's mum walked her up the aisle, it was all very emotional. We just about managed to fit in confetti, and a big group photo, before it absolutely tipped down!
Reception
While the rain was coming down, the guests were entertained by Brett Sirrell, a magician. It really didn't matter that it was raining - we had to do the group photos inside, which was perfect with the beautiful staircase as backdrop in the hotel. We did manage to get out to the garden in between showers though and took a walk down the stunning high street of Chipping Campden later on. All the beautiful flowers were by The Flower House Shipston. Demi & Ryan did their first dance which kicked off the evening. Their cake was made by one of Demi's bridesmaids, and the DJ was Fitz from Not Just a DJ. Fantastic day!
Wedding Breakfast
The guests were then seated and a lovely afternoon tea served. There were speeches, and the magician carried on entertaining.
